Medium/large projects, I offer a free ballpark estimate via phone or text only. PAID in-person consultations include, site visit and inspection, design details, measurements, project scope, material pricing and schedule planning. This will be a professional project proposal signed and dated sent via email with License and insurance information
Cost - $65-100
